- ROIC
- Résultat d'exploitation après impôt, divisé par le capital investi dans l'activité, sur le dernier exercice. La petite ligne est sa forme sur dix ans.
- Croissance, 5 ans
- Croissance annuelle composée du chiffre d'affaires sur les cinq derniers exercices.
- Marge de FCF
- Flux de trésorerie libre rapporté au chiffre d'affaires : ce qui reste en trésorerie après avoir fait tourner et entretenu l'activité.
- Conversion en trésorerie
- Flux de trésorerie libre divisé par le résultat net : quelle part du bénéfice déclaré est arrivée en trésorerie. Au-dessus de 1×, il y a plus de trésorerie que de bénéfice.
- Dette nette / EBITDA
- Années d'EBITDA nécessaires pour rembourser la dette nette de trésorerie. « Trésorerie nette » signifie que la trésorerie dépasse la dette.
- Piotroski
- Combien des neuf tests comptables de Piotroski le dernier exercice réussit, chacun par rapport à l'exercice précédent : rentabilité, génération de trésorerie, moins de dette, plus de liquidité, pas de dilution, meilleures marges et rotation.
- Questions
- Drapeaux rouges entre les deux derniers exercices (créances ou stocks qui croissent plus vite que les ventes, bénéfice sans trésorerie, et autres), plus un Z quand le score d'Altman est dans la zone de danger et un M quand le score de Beneish dépasse son seuil. Chacun est une question à poser, pas un verdict.
Ce que ce n'est pas. Un tableau de comptes mesurés de la même manière, à partir de ce que chaque entreprise a déposé auprès de la SEC. Il n'utilise aucun cours de bourse, il ne dit donc rien sur le fait qu'une entreprise soit chère ou bon marché, et rien ici n'est une recommandation. Une question posée aux comptes laisse une liste ; ce que vous en faites vous appartient.
