Fourteen days, any payment, no questions.
If Sphinx Risk is not what you expected, you get your money back. You do not have to explain why.
What is refundable
Every payment, in full, within 14 days of that payment — the first month or year of a subscription, each renewal, and the one-off plan alike. The amount returned is everything you paid, tax included.
After those 14 days, a period that has already started is not refunded. You can still cancel at any moment, and nothing more is charged; you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for.
How to ask
Write to support@sphinxrisk.com from the email address of your account, or reply to the receipt Polar sent you. One line is enough.
We process it within two working days. The refund is issued by Polar, who took the payment, to the same card or account; your bank usually shows it within 5–10 days after that.
What happens to your plan
A refunded payment ends what it paid for: a refunded subscription is cancelled and the account returns to the free plan, and so does a refunded one-off purchase.
Your data stays. Portfolios and trades are not touched by a refund; the free plan's limits simply apply again. If you want everything deleted as well, you can do that yourself from your account page.
Two things worth knowing
- If you live in the EU, you also have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. This policy gives you at least as much, without asking you to waive anything.
- Polar may refund on its own within 60 days of a payment when a card network signals a dispute is coming. If that happens, the plan ends the same way as above.
